This solo task begins with Rickan who is found on the island of Jardel's Hook at the outpost near -1665, 3270.

You say, 'Hail, Rickan'

Rickan addresses you quickly, 'Have you any idea, any concept of who you're speaking to, Wolf? Look a little closer, cur. It's the scourge of the seas, the blade that bleeds, the smuggler of the Buried Sea. I am feared by sailors, envied by pirates, and chased by comely wenches. No doubt you felt my magnanimous presence when you first stepped foot upon Jardel's Hook. It is I, the [legendary] Rickan!'

You say, 'Legendary?'

Rickan says 'Yes! You have heard tell of my grand adventures, to be certain - how I sailed the salty waters of Norrath several times over, fending off attacks from man and beast alike, plundering every port that had the misfortune of appearing on my horizon. Now go, go and [spread the word], _____. You must be dying to inform your friends that you met the legendary Rickan.'

You say, 'I will spread the word'

Rickan nods, 'Between you and me, fame is a double-edged cutlass, I can assure you of that. Swashbucklers testing your mettle, the stares of awe, having to endure the women's advances. And can you imagine having to upkeep your [appearance] on a daily basis? Be glad that you do not have to be concerned with such burdens.'

You say, 'My appearance?'

Rickan says 'Yes, I can tell you've a keen eye. My [armor] is in need of a change, something that'd instill thoughts of fear and awe into my enemies. And my [clothing] has become tattered and worn from my adventures. Not to mention the sad state my [hat] is in. From what Johnny has spoken about Redfeather Isle, I think it'd be just the place to get what I need.'

You say, 'Your armor?'

Rickan nods, 'I've an idea. Go to Redfeather Isle and look for the crab people - the Regrua, I believe they are called. Relieve them of their hard shells which I can use as an effective form of protection and ornamentation.'

You have been assigned the task 'Regrua-Shell Armor'.

Rickan, being a self-professed legion among pirates, has asked you to supply him with hardened crab shells to fashion intimidating and awe-inspiring armor. You can find these from the regrua on Redfeather Isle.

Collect several Regrua Shells 0/5 (The Buried Sea)

Regrua can be found at the west and the east ends of Redfeather Isle. Very occasionally you might also spot one wandering elsewhere in the zone.
