This solo task begins with Sid Hacke, a vendor found on the island of Jardel's Hook at the outpost near -1640, +3300.
You say, 'Hail, Sid Hacke' Sid Hacke says 'Ahoy landlubber! Me current wares be feeble, but ye look hale and hearty. Ye will [help] me!' You say, 'I will help' Sid Hacke says 'Aye. I be needing some [supplies] that can only be found on [deadbone reef]. The reef ain't safe for man nor landlubber like you, but I'm willin' ta gamble with yer life, if ye be. Har!' You say, 'Tell me about deadbone reef' Sid Hacke says 'The reef it be a frightful place. The least of the threats be the cannibals on the land, and the sharks in the water. The dead that be drowned there be cursed to stay in the water. Their unrest causes them to do they best ta sink any that come by, and they have added many ta they numbers. Ye watch yeself when ye there.' You say, 'What supplies do you need?' Sid Hacke says 'I be needin' all sort of stuff from that cursed place. Meat from the creepy crawlies that roam the beach, fins from the mighty sharks that roam the reef, and the little heads the cannibals be fond of. There even be some ships that sunk on the reef, and though their dead be restless, ye might find some worthy booty from them. And then there be the dead themselves, they be a menace. Perhaps ye can return some to their watery grave while yer gatherin' me supplies. Be thee [willing]?' You say, 'I am willing' Sid Hacke says 'Arrr! Ye be as brave as me thought ye were. Choose ye task!' You are offered six tasks, one of which is 'Hidden Riches'. You have been assigned the task 'Hidden Riches'. Sid Hacke knows about them thar shipwrecks on Deadbone Reef. Kill a few (missing text here) there an' make sure they ain't hiding no booty. If they be, collect some and bring it back. The task starts with the three explore stages. As each is completed, a loot stage is opened. You may hand in each type of booty only after looting both required drops. Sailors's Booty can be found on a drowned sailor Knight's Booty can be found on a drowned sailor Pirate Booty can be found on a drowned pirate You say, 'Hail, Sid Hacke' Your task 'Hidden Riches' has been updated. Sid Hacke appreciates your efforts in retrieving the treasure for him. Sid Hacke says 'Don't ye worry. I be giving ye a share of booty.' Lots of skellies in the shores underwater. Don't just look in the downed boats. All along the shores underwater there are all types that will drop any of the booty. This isn't a bad quest compared to many others in HJ.
Near as I could figure.. the Locs for the ships are:
3259, -3781
4173, -3291
3546, -3159
Just a FYI, you can see the ships sticking out of the water if you swim on the surface. If you swim underwater.. they are MUCH harder to see.

Sid will not give you any quests until you get to lvl 70. If you say willing it will take you to the quest select though.
I was right about the ships. Pay attention to the places the quest updates. That is where you pull from, 2 from each ship. It also appears that random booty drops off of yellow con pirates (76+) from just about anywhere.
I appears the pirate booty type drops from drowned dead from the respective ships. i.e. to get Knights booty pull from the Sea Spririt, to get Sailors booty pull from the Silver sail, etc.
I was wondering why I had gotten 15-20 pirate booty's and only 1 knight booty. Reading closely says I need drowned sailors and I had been killing loads of pirates and must have got a sailor mixed in.

Just tried this at 68, told me to come back, yada yada.... didn't check aggro other then the coralisk attack....

Had a knight's booty drop from a drowned sailor a moment ago.
Step 2 Loot 2 Sailor's Booty from Drowned Dead
Step 4 Loot 2 Kinght's Booty from Drowned Dead
Step 6 Loot 2 Pirate Booty from drowned dead
There are then two (likely 3) turn in steps. a drowned pirate seems to drop the pirate booty, a drowned sailor drops the sailor booty...at this point havenet found what drops the kinights booty, does not appear to be a seabound raider mob type.

This quest is repeatable, though the chests do not spawn in the same spot each time. It is more randon but not that far from the area listed on best map on mapfiend.
