Bring 4 Venomous Stonehive Stinger to Fletcher Orshawn 0/4 - Blightfire Moors

Head to the Bixie Farm in the southeastern part of Blightfire Moors. Kill any bixies in the area until you loot 4 x Venomous Stonehive Stinger. Give them to Orshawn.
