Master Vanguard Regan may be found on the second floor west of the elevator, at -1360, -1340.

He says it is quite dangerous! 0, +1474, in a cave north of the Minohten camp, past the spiders. Your task 'Wanderlust Guild: West of the Mesa' has been updated. +2135, -1505, zone into Blackfeather Roost and follow the second path to the right. update is very close to loc 1472.90, 3342.51, 208 its down that path from the loc given at the top of this page.. hope this helps

Took a bit or running around but I was able to get this step to pop today on the north wall of the path to BFP around 1462, 3321

I go to the giant cave and it's not updating no matter where inside I run. Not using levitate either.
Searched the whole southern end of this zone, and did not find the mob.
Created the zones largest known train, south of the directions and locations given here. Not once did the mob show up on track or in sight. So what gives? Is the quest broken? Does the mob pop in this zone?

Been doing these am and I'm about to finish # 8 and still this aug has not updated at all for me. No updates what so ever. Anyone else have this same problem or am I missing something?

The stats on the augment are actually there, you just dont see them :) If you augment your charm you will have a nice surprise. After this mission i think it is at +5 to stats.
i tried man, all over mesa and my task never updated. you know i'm playing a bard, so you really know i've been everywhere.
for all you droods out there, just enter blackfeather roost and succor, takes u right to the spot, task updates, then invis and exit zone, move on to next part.

it's in blackfeather roost. soe must have updated it. north first island, top peak , just north east of a npc named lucian, he gives tasks.

apparently this npc is not always up. or perhaps some jerky killed it before i arrived?

Locate the lost Nymph soul - Blackfeather Roost
-490, +1285, south of the griffons and harpies.
wrong! correct position is about -420, 2590 in Goru'kar Mesa (not in Roost)
"in the middle of a blood-stained spot on the ground with a skeleton in the middle" is correct, but the loc isnt.

You are correct. I apologize. I have NO clue why I wrote down that location. My log file clearly says -410, 2585.

That loc is for rotwood vally where you get hit by an AoE for 200 even through rogue SoS. Dunno if it was from a named, trap or just a general AoE

The treants are rotting and they have a gas cloud around them. Depending on your graphic settings you may not be seeing that.

Ok, still too young at 41. (Dinged 42 last night, but forgot to check this one).
Gut feeling tells me 45 is required. Can anyone confirm?

This one upgrades the aug to:
AC 3
all regular stats +5
all svaes +3
HP/Mana/Endur +22
AC 3

At level 40 I am still "too young"

Also:
I did not recieve any stat upgrades from the last 2, might be 3, quests/tasks. Is that "working as intended"?, did I get shafted, will it upgrade later?

I shrouded to 45 and talked to wanderer gimlek to get this quest. I hailed him then I said "friends" then followed the conversion.

The lost nymph is in Goru'kar Mesa, NOT Balckfeather roost. The loc I found it at was -410, 2582. The ground is red and the remains of a skeleton are on the ground. It is south of the harpy/griffon area and just before the dryad/treant area.

This is the correct /loc. I went to the other one, then found this post. Thanks.
Just be aware there are a number of undead "a lingering dryad" mobs near that will see through your normal invis.

Was the lost nymph found on the first isle? I don't want to bother doing the isle hopping quest unless I have to.

I did not get this part from Regan at level 37, I was "too young".
