Basher Nanrum is located at -7, -68, +3.13 near the zoneline to Innothule Swamp, in a little dead end passage. You will need (high enough) Dubious faction with DaBashers to get Nanrum to answer to "what job?".

You might do, mebbe.' You say, 'What job?' Basher Nanrum says 'Me in charge of making torches for basher patrols. But Nanrum is much too mighty for such stupid job and Nanrum get idea. Dem fire bugses in da desert - dem eyes glowed. And dem don't burneded like torches. If ______ getted Nanrum three fire beetle eyes me would giveded ______ a shiny thingie dat you wanteded. Go ahed, ______, an' get me da eyes.' Fire Beetle Eye drops off fire beetles in various low level zones. They can also be bought from Merchant Wyn`las in Crescent Reach or Zari Ikura in Feerrott: The Dream. They stack up to 1000. Hand in three Fire Beetle Eyes. Basher Nanrum says 'Well dat be one of da eyeballses I askeded for. But I you needs ta give me three for da shiny.' Basher Nanrum says 'Well dat be one of da eyeballses I askeded for. This is the first quest I’ve seen in Grobb that actually works at Dubious faction. It’s painfully slow at +1 DaBashers for 3 fire beetle eyes, but if you’re a glutton for punishment like me trying to make an agnostic Erudite non-KOS in every starting city without resorting to items like Guise of the Deceiver, this is a good starting point. Looks like I’ll come back on a double faction holiday.

Quest worked for me today, exactly as posted here already.
My reward was a hematite. I was hoping for the earring (upgrade lol).

good to see that they're giving the trolls some good low level quests now that they are back in grobb. too many of the old quests from their stay in neriak were removed though. the treskar and wista quests in particular were really good for lowbies, and would have been great on the progression servers.
