this guy is close to the stone to blackburrow. if you dont know where it is just do in to blackburrow to the dirt bridge and jump down to where the water is there are two gnolls on there own there guarding the stone click on the stone and you well be ported to where they are at just look around for him. best i can tell you best of luck to you.

I must have a hundred hours in JP and never seen Snarla. Anyone I have asked has never seen or heard of Snarla. Can I get of hint as to where it hangs out and how often?
Snarla the Fang is a Gnoll of Brell Serillis. She's found in the cave on the west side of the zone, past the oracle. Her loc is -1045, +3265.

The Oracle gnoll (I forget his name) sitting on the throne in the gnolls' SW cave of Jaggedpine wants you to collect all three of these necklaces for him. No idea what the result is, haven't finished getting these yet.
I'll post the text that I got from Oracle Jaarl here. It isn't much but hopefully it'll help some of you who are wondering about the second part of the quest. I haven't done it myself so i can't tell you what you get, but anyhow, here is the text.

I talked to that oracle, he spoke of a favor. When asked what favor he said I won't talk to trash (Conned apprehensive). After Charming (being a bard), Conned Amiable so he responded to "what favor?", he said "after many of your gifts you proved your friendship etc.. then asked are you a mystic or a heretic?. I answered a mystic just to see, then he demanded 3 items for a staff. diseased liver & other stuff. if you want exact speech detail, reply to the post and I will repost the speech exactly.

Has anyone found out yet if this item can be recharged at all?
Well, given the relative ease of this quest for 5 charges of a STA, SoW, or AGI buff, I would guess there is no recharge... could just get another one easily.

Just was asking myself what the anaconda skin might be for since no reference on this page

I would gess the anaconda skin is used to make the leather thong for the necklace (1 skin 3 teeth), not as a diff type of necklace
