This quest is given by Miltiades Tal`Azroth, a Paladin guildmaster found in the Knights of Thunder guild hall of South Qeynos. It's for Human and Half Elf Paladins who worship Karana.
You say, 'I want to craft the bracers' Miltiades Tal`Azroth says 'Here is your Rainkeepers Bracer Mold. To create your bracer material you will need to combine 1 Brick of Crude Iron, 2 Gnoll Pup Scalps, 1 Patch of Gnoll Fur and 1 Water Flask in your assembly kit. Once you have created the proper material take it to a forge along with this mold to fashion your very own Bracer of the Rainkeeper.' Bricks of Crude Iron Ore, Patches of Gnoll Fur, and Pup Scalps are dropped by gnolls. Water Flasks are vendorbought. Combine those items in the Assembly Kit and then take the result to a forge and combine it with the mold given to you. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Here is a compiled list of all the items needed to complete these quests. Hope you find this helpful.
** Note: As with ANY tradeskill, never stack items before you hit combine, make sure each piece is in it's own slot in the assembly kit before you do hit combine. As the questgiver says, you must combine the items in the kit first, then combine the result and the mold the questgiver offers (by saying I want to craft <item>) in a forge. The forge combine is a no fail blacksmithing combine that CAN raise your skill :)
You will require a total of 21 Bricks of Crude Iron (remember a complete set has 2 bracers!)

the bracers arent lore so you can make 2 of them, however the finished materials ARE lore, and if you try to combine 2 material peices without completing the 1st it will say duplicate lore items not allowed and will eat your items.

I have all of the necessary items for the bracer however, I can't seem to combine them as the quest suggests in the box given. It keeps giving me "Cannot combine items in this container". Can anyone help???

Also, don't stack the Gnoll pup scalps when trying to combine.

Try combining everything but the mold in your container. Then take the bracer material and mold to a forge and combine the two there.
