Jinkus Felligan is located inside the Temple of the Tribunal in Halas at approximately 322.8, 446.8.

Are ye ready to [contribute to yer church] or do ye [wish to meditate] within our walls?' You say, 'wish to meditate' Jinkus Felligan says 'Then find yerself a spot out o' the way. Please dinnae obstruct the paths of others who wish to pay tribute to the righteousness o' the Tribunal.' You say, 'I am willing to contribute to our church.' Jinkus Felligan says, 'Well then, ye best be off ta find Holana Oleary, she organises our monthly Karan Clover shipments, just tell her Jinkus sent you to assist her. There's a new criminal on the loose, so we must send a wanted poster to Qeynos for them to display on the walls of their bank. Speak with Cindl about a piece o' mammoth hide parchment and with Greta Terrilon about some ink and I'll prepare the bounty poster.' Cindl is located behind the counter inside Mac's Kilts at approximately 277.4, -169.7. You say, 'I need a mammoth hide parchment.' Cindl says, 'Oh, for Jinkus? Ok, here you go.' Cindl hands you a Mammoth Hide Parchment. Greta Terrilon is located close to the oven outside McDaniels Smokes & Spirits at approximately 277.4, -323.6. You say, 'I need some ink.' Greta Terrilon says, 'Oh, sure. Here you go.' Greta hands you a vial of Datura Ink. You return to Jinkus Felligan and hand him the vial of ink and the parchment. Jinkus Felligan says 'Here is th' bounty poster. Take it to a bank guard in Qeynos, immediately!' Your faction standing with Shamen of Justice has been adjusted by 1. Your faction standing with Merchants of Halas has been adjusted by 1. Your faction standing with Circle Of Unseen Hands has been adjusted by -1. Eracon Krengon says,'Tis good that Jinkus has sent you with this poster. There has been talk of a Northman fugitive in the city. Take this list back to Jinkus so that our brethren in Halas are aware of the many criminals who have fled Qeynos and are still at large.' You return to Jinkus Felligan in Halas and hand him the list of Qeynos' Most Wanted. Jinkus Felligan says, 'Ye're learnin' to serve the church well, young Initiate Kinky. One thing some people should know is that Greta doesn't respond to hails, but does give the ink when you say "What ink?"

This quest is a must for newbie Shamans. It is a great item - a light source and a good 1H Blunt.
I managed the quest in around 35 mins at lvl 6. Got a SoW for the run to Queynos thro BB(paired this quest up with Going Postal). Then gated home to hand in the wanted list.
I performed the quest during a busy time on the server (ie early evening) so that BB was populated so I had less chance of getting killed !!

This quest took me about 20 minutes to do. Not difficult, just do what everyone says.

Has anyone got any leads on the follow up quest to this? I tried so many different keywords with Jinkus but had no luck whatsoever - is it possible that it's level controlled? I'm currently level 16.

I believe Gwynath was asking if anyone knew about the next quest in this line. I haven't found it yet myself but am actively looking for it. Stands to reason that there are 3 quests in total if there are 3 Innoruuk ones... Anyone with some sort of info on the matter, if you find it in your heart to share, or at least point us in the right direction =)

The keywords for the Innoruuk disciple quest are "I am an initiate". Havent tried this yet, and have no idea who to try this with. Maybe someone will have some luck with it.

I've been to www.eqforge.com/shaman Noone there knows either. I don't think its implemented yet. There was a short time where the text got changed everywhere to a brouge but now its back. Giving Jinkus your Initiate medalion does nothing. He is NOT the person who gives the next quest. Neither is the Guild Master woman.
No, it is not level based. I did this quest post 30 and it worked out just fine. I just followed the keywords *shrug*

shaman pets have never been able to equip weapons....

1- Chanter's pets (animations) CAN'T use weapons given to them (they are basically the weapon & shield). Only humanoid charmed beasts would.
2- Given the level shamans gain their pets, those pets would have NO use for this hammer, because they are certainly dealing much more damage bare handed (bare clawed ;).
3- Why are you complaining that your pet can't use weapons ? You can already buff it like no other pet-casters would ever dreamed of.
4- And by the way, try to ask a necro or SK what percentage of their pets were given a weapon. You would be surprised.

Actually Chanter pets CAN use weapons given
to them.

Sorry guys, can't equip pets this way... the summoned hammer is CLR PAL SHM only... pets are usually WAR

Well Heimdall, strange that i've been able to give these hammers to a friend's (necro) pet then - don't believe that pets are any class at all, and almost certain that they can use basically any weapon that you give them

No bug... No charges... That's why this thing is so sweet. You Barbarians have a nice spell line there... I'm envious. My level 9 Necro DoT on my DE necklace only does a total of 15 damage... Nice to have the weapon summong spell though. Especially since you don't get it naturally.

when getting the parchemtn you have to make sure you have a clear line of sight to Cindl. If the counter is in between you and her it wont work.

Thanks for the info regarding having "nothing between you and Cindi". I stto on the other side of the counter and no matter what I did she would Not give me the Parchment. Much Appreciated)

I had no problem at lvl 29 getting the parchment from Cindl. I do have really good faction with her, gave her lots of hides when I was younger.

Has the next quest been implemented yet? I want the Disciple Symbol of Tribunal.
Sparkie: A level 40 was asking Cindl for the parchment right after I got mine and she ignored him. He said what I said, "What about mammoth hide parchment". We thought maybe it was because I was in the shop. Once I left, got ink and turned in for the poster, he sent a /tell saying he got his too.

we just had that patch a few days ago, and i know i may just be paranoid but someone may have read this and thought,"Hey, maybe we SHOULD fix this". i think that if a quest is broken(good kind of broken =) let them figure it out for themselves, it gives more time for the word to get out and more newbies can get it. =D

I can't seem to get the mammoth hide parchment from Cindl. Anyone have any ideas on what I am doing wrong? I've tried saying the keywords as they're posted here. I can't get any different keywords from Jinkus because he doesn't respond to the keywords he gives when hailed anymore (all the barbarians speak with an accent now). Am I too high level for the quest perhaps? (i'm level 15) Or is it something else?

I cannot get this quest to work either. I have hailed cindl to get the mammoth hide parchment. She will not give me the phrase so I can ask what mammoth hide parchment.

try going behind the counter where she asks for bear hides. I tried it several times before getting the hide from her.

Posted: Aug 04 2000 at 2:37 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) this has to be the most broken low level quest in the game...all you have to do is gather ink and parchment, hand it to jinkus, then go on a short trip to qeynos and you get an ac 3, +1 wis +3 mana necklace that acts as a light source and has unlimited charges of hammer of wrath??? translation: free 1hb magic items for life starting as young as level 5, lower if you have help...lets not forget that nodrop items can be given to npcs (including pets), so now shamen can equip your pets for you without spending mana...god forbid all you have to do is right click the item...then maybe everyone can use it...this is just totally, totally broken (broken means powerful btw, not "this quest is broken" =)

lower then level 5 with help? just run through bb really really quick. I did this at level 3 with no help what so ever (but I did know the bb/qeynos area VERY well)

I've played a barb shaman for 3 months now and know the area quite well. It can be done as low as level 1 with ALOT of luck. Mainly that the gnolls at entrance to BB from halas are being cleared. Also with these new loathesome indiviuals out there you have to be careful of them.
I ran this quest at level 3 just last night and was wasted INSIDE the tunnel from qeynos to BB, never even SAW the loathesome guy/girl/whatever. BTW you CAN turn the list into either bank guard at qeynos bank. I just turn it into Dun(outside guard)

Anyone realize if the hammer is unlimited in charge, this is a good way to equip our pets with weapons.

No, it has Unlimited charges - you can summon eight backpacks full a day if that's what you choose to do! :)

The bank guard in Question is not Dun, it's the other one. He happens to be by the Wanted poster in the bank. I believe his name is Shamus but I could be wrong, but all you need to know is it's the Barbarian thats NOT Dun in the bank.
You can give the poster to EITHER barbarian guard at the bank for this quest.

It DOES give faction with : Banker. Not White Rose, or anything else. It just said Banker. I am thinking it is the Qeynos Banker, but would be pretty nice if it was all Bankers (if they ever take Halas Bank off the Rogue faction if they have not already).

Noticed someone says it gives faction with the banker. Sorry. Banker is Rogues of the White Rose faction. Same as it is in Freeport. Coalition of Tradefolk III is the rogues guild in Fp. Only the other cities with rogues guilds are different.
