Sir Artanis' ghost and/or the foreman are on a different respawn timer than the rest of the skeletons in the room. It seems there may be a ghoul that spawns in his place, but i'm not certain. Killed the skelies three times in a row and the foreman didn't pop. Still waiting.....

Artanis is usually found wondering in the Halls of Truth...yea...its where i found him..just give him the note he might run away but dont fret. just say the next trigger words and he'll stop and hand him the bridle..vwha lah
