Tae Ew Blood VialI believe it is the Bloodcallers that cast Bane of Thule, a 70hp/tick DOT that is also a ~30% slow. Nasty, nasty AE.
Wears off in 4 ticks or so, but sucks while you have it in effect. Counteract Disease removes it with a single cast, as does Pure Blood and several other Cure disease type spells.
