Healer type of mob, that can come in two varieties I believe : one is a cleric that casts Retribution en healing spells (maybe even CH), the other a shaman that casts AE slow Bane of Thule (can be cured with cure/abolish disease).

Cleric type is harder to solo than other lizzies, unless you are able to interrupt their annoying heals.
