Took both him and Drek Ther out with my level 24 (not uber) twinked rogue. Berserker Strength proc on my dagger (Shadow Rager) saves his furry little behind more times than I care to contemplate. Intimidate was also kinda handy.
I also confirm that he's a spellcaster, though that didn't seem to hurt my rogue much. Little baby nukes were all he seemed to do really.

This particular guard is a spell caster, where his partner guard drek ther is not... so I'd recommend lulling drek and taking this one out first if you're soloing.<BR>
Spells include a DD, and heal that I have observed.
Seems to drop typical Shak Dratha loot (shade silks and gold), and gives the following typical Shak Dratha faction hits:
