Who cares? People who hunt there, thats who. He was stating that because the levels listed are 8-11... that would have been a level 5 or 6 brigand.

The Loda Kai have great drops...FREE banded, dark blue armour! Talk about a newbie's dreams come true...../em floats dreamily.
Many of the young Vah Shir have the nice dark blue armor from Loda Kai. I haven't determined which Loda Kai drop it most frequently. My friend gave me some Loda Kai Leggings and they look cool! On a human they almost look like black pants, but you can notice the blue more when a Vah Shir is wearing them. The stats are identical to banded armor (at least on the pants), except they're a tiny bit heavier.

I hate those $%&#@( Brigands! They Killed my Little Vah Shir Hairballhacker (Now Nexcat) For What? Well, Nothing that I have a Clue about. Odd thing is, They like every other race but the Vah Shir! Thats how they took this picture!

Brigand skulls are for the kitty newbie armor quest that kaza raj gives out.
first bring him 4 sharp bloodling mandibles for the gloves.
Then bring him 4 skulls for the bracer.
Turn in 8 and get 2 bracers.
then turn in 4 shadowed claws for the boots.
then 4 loda kai earrings for the sleeves
then 4 loda kai insignia for the cap
then 4 broodling carapaces for the tunic.

Killed me a brigand the other day and he dropped a brigand skull no drop/no rent is this for a quest and if so what class and whats the loot it brings
