The Xakra Silkworms in Shadeweaver's Thicket seem to be on a cycle equivalent in length to a Norrathian day (45 minutes). Since /time does not work on Luclin, a pop time can't be pinpointed but if you notice, or track, when they start popping a lot you can get the timing on them down. I used a druid and the tracking technique. When they started popping, I'd start timing, go kill them all, and wait for them to start popping en masse again.
