Well, not that it matters much anymore but.... I was fooling around killing these guys tonight.
This guy also drops the spell Eagle Eye (58 ranger spell), shissar fangs and shissar blood.

That guy , even shaman slowed , hits DAMN fast ; as a 65 shaman i can solo the slowable taskmaster , and I often duo with a 65 rogue , but that guy hits almost as fast SLOWED than a guard UNSLOWED . Be careful if you're in a small group , he also rampage a lot , even crippled .
