As of today, his respawn time from poofing right before the battle to respawning under the tree is less than 12 minutes.

I found the interrogator just northeast of the hermit house at -4326.80, -3526.83. Hope it helps!

ARRRGH !! Will you silly newbies quit Killing the Interrogator!
The ultimate reward of this series of quests is enough to make a lvl 63 PoP flagged Cleric go "oh... wow... I gotta have this, just lookie at the wunnerful stats for us wisdom casters... too bad I'm not an INT caster!" Not bad on the charisma stat, either. Meanwhile, back to ranger to track this silly NPC down, and warn off the newbies. Don't even bother asking me for a heal or a rez or buff if you are out killing my quest NPC.

anyone know a spawn time for this guy? he is never up when i go check. if its not terribly long, i'll just sit there and wait on him....
The spawn time on the interrogator is about 90 minutes.

I'm done with this stupid quest. First two times I tried it, the interrogator took about a minute to respond to each message. It worked, until I realized I didn't have an unsigned confession document. So I try a third time. Get to SK after turning in badge and no interrogator. I'm tired of trying, it's not worth it! Why they'd create a quest NPC that was in range of everyone hunting in this zone is beyond me.

I intend to kill him immediately after getting my badge.. Been looking for a friggin' raw silk robe to give to my iksar vendor monk =P Otherwise, I've never bothered him.

If you see this guy, especially if he's walking... don't kill him. He's for a quest and it's really annoying if he either isn't there... or is killed half way through the quest. If he is killed while he's doing the quest (He leads someone to other NPC's) the person doing the quest has to redo this quest... plus a previous quest that enabled him to do this quest.

Still, resists both root and snare at lvl 30....oh well, just slap on wolfform before hunting, and you can kite him that way. Just be prepared to cover a lot of ground. Honestly, this guy is fun to kill. Methinks he be a monk type, because he doesn't cast, yet fights with his bare hands. Drops a raw silk robe...that is all...I run into this guy lots...he always seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and ends up a little crumpled heap on the ground.

this guy spawns close to the hermit house. All u do is go to the bridge and then go allllllll the way east and follow the zone wall you'll run straight into him.

i followed him over a hill by the hermit in south karanas and was jumped by a mob, I was hit for 175 hp's what where the mob doing there are they his helpers? and can a druid use what ever he gives out?

He dropped a raw silk robe, but no coin.
Was very resistant to darkness and fear to a level 30 Necromancer, although all dot's and dd's worked fine.
No faction hit at all.
