As of the Nov. 22 this quest does not work. When you hail Toresian, he welcomes you but does not return a potion for turn in.

a (quite pricey) way to raise faction with the Craftkeepers (and therefore enable you to do this quest...) is to go to the shady part of freeport (provided u can get past the guards i guess?). All you need to do is give 4 x capt orlins spiced ales to Palatos Kynarn. You can buy them (20 for about 1pp) from Nesin Tapper who is stood right next to him. I went from "glowers dubious" to "amiable" in about half hour and about 200 ales i think so i can now do this quest!
Now all I need to figure out is how to make the right Slansin spawn! I keep lowering all the factions i just raised!!!!

What faction is this guy on and how can i improove my faction to do inert potion quest. i would really like my ogre SK to bring down 50 potions and save himself a lot of hassle in freeport and qeynos.

of course he may not have anything to say to you also....

The faction for Toresian Flabel here is called Craftkeepers. These are the enchanters of erudin. I am a barbarian shaman with a dubious con, but he will not give the quest to me. i shall try the mage quest to improve craftkeeper faction, but im sure he is dubious to me also.

do the gnoll/orc scalp quest in highpass hold to improve corrupt qeynos and freeport militaia faction if this Erudin quest does not pan out for the Evils.

The gnoll scalps quest is crap, I've handed in hundreds of scalps with my druid to try to get un KoS in freeport but they still scowl at me. The factions you get from those quests are very minimal, I say don't waste your time.
