I had wiped and took a while to try again, and searched the tunnels that I spawned him in and he was no where to be found, so I dropped the task and re-requested it, and then after I finished the Manus step and was leaving that temple, I found this guy roaming out of the Tarsus temple. You can definitely say that I was annoyed.
