Master of the Phantasms - he is the last one you will seek out. Hmm...Polzin is native to Erudin, however, after the
incident near Paineel, no one has heard from him. I hope that he is well.
Conned apprehensive but no faction hits for killing him:

There will be a locked door between you and Polzin, which hasn't been an issue until DBG decided to unnecessarily fix illusioning through doors. In order to get to him you'll need to pet pull him. I charmed a rock golem and sic'd it on his pet, then spammed pet back while casting memblur once he got to me.
Use /tar polz to get his target for the pet pull. GL chanters.
Okay, since the Location is somewhat difficult to track in a Dungeon, I figured some landmarks might be helpful. Pozlin is located in back of a shop called "More Than Mushrooms." After making your way into the city proper, Head down the ramp with the windows, under the wall with the gargoyles, and into the marketplace. There will be a couple constructs patrolling. Head past "The Slab" and make a left at "Coranier's Clothing," then right, through the wall. As you pass under the wall, you will be standing before another building. Follow the alley around to the left and deal with the constructs that patrol there. "More Than Mushrooms" is just beyond and Pozlin is inside, along with two more spirits, in what appears to be an herb garden.
If you stand at Coranier's Clothing long enough, you'll hear him start casting spells. After I'd done my turn in, my monk friend, whom I'd brought along for some added muscle, killed Pozlin out of frustration at not being able to find him sooner. He then respawned no more than five minutes later, so he should always be up.

Polzin is in a room with 3 cliknar invaders. This loc is acurate P 62.4891, -216.3283, -348.8729, 127, 0, 0, 2, Polzin_mrid. He is also located on the mapfiend map but shows him just outside room. go in the room. Here is how to get there. I pre-looted the required items to turn in. Drop down into the hole invis. Get to his room. I popped my t5 tank merc. Stood in the corner to the right of polzin and mezzed the cliknar closest to him. Merc ingaged the 2 others, i mezzed them, i did not go thruogh the dialog. i just handed polzin jebs seal, got the sack, did the combine, hand in, got my staff piece, gate.
Cannot get rest of Chanter Epic 1.0 done. The cliknar invaders are killing everything in the zone. Never got to Polzin this trip a construct popped as I ran by and hit me ... there goes invis ... Cliknar's killed pop instantly and three 3.7K average dmg on me from cliknar and I was down too. Not actually knowing the way to Polzin didn't help either. Maybe, after Underfoot is released this will clear up.
Well, I am finishing my second enchanters epic and went down here expecting to have to do these little tricks etc cause i didnt have the key.
Got there.. didnt need key. everyone could click it open, i tested it several times to make sure it just wasn't something retarded.
No one has the key.. I opened it first, ran chanter in thinking the aggroed ghosts did it(which i aggroed NOT by targetting crap) but by having another mob on aggro first, then running to the door, the ones inside assist the one outside.
Ok, first off earth elem did nothing for my faction here. Collaboration got me dubious. IVU gets you past all the undeads. You should have np getting to the locked door at his room.
Load up ae mem blur, bind sight, get a pet up and give it a damage shield, haste and rune. Drop ivu and press up against the door. A ghost will aggro you. Bind sight on that ghost ( it should be hitting thru the door and your pet is attacking it ) stay there and rune tank the ghost while your pet kills it. Now that you can see inside the room, use view angles to get Polzin's pet targeted.
Once the ghost is dead, toss some runes on yourself. Careful not to lose Polzin's pet target. You can do this by using the last target key. When you are ready send your pet after his. My pet beat him down to 98% hp, and when my pet died he summoned me into the room through the door. Drop ae mem blur and voila, do your turn in.
No rogue required, heh, you're an enchanter after all. =)
It's much easier if you just aggro the ghost and kill it. Then use /tar Polzin while by the door and you will get him or his pet. Tash either and they will run to you. AE mem blur and hail him quickly so he does not roam back into the room. No need to get summoned into a lock room. If by chance you do die. GL solo'ing that CR.
Finally had success on this turn in after several unsuccessful attempts trying to reach him with a druid helping me. I got the sacred key for Polzin's door from an Old Construct just before entering the city area, he was on the right coming out of one of the tunnels. He was unslowable and a hella tough fight for an enchanter pet with just a druid healing but after him I did the rest of the way solo, alternating casts of pacification on the constructs, and ivu on myself to avoid aggro from the spirits of the city. Had to mez one add inside Polzin's room to do turn in. Handed him Jeb's coin to get a sack, combined the 4 items, turned that in for the last piece of the staff, handed him the coin again for a sack needed for the final combine, then gated before mezzed add woke up. Good luck.
Confirmed that 200 lockpicking is not high enough to pick this door. Ended up finding "an Old Construct" and looting "A Sacred Key" to open the door before we tried the pulling Polzin with tash trick mentioned below.
In the hole off of random mobs you will get a item called "A saccred Key". It is real easy to get i had two of them at one point. This will open Polzin's Door. I just tested it like 2 mins ago it works. That makes getting to him about 500x easier. I hope this helps everyone.
Okay, my experience when I went down to hand in to Polzin for the Enchanter epic. First, there are these new gargoyles all over the zone that are easy to miss and will aggro. With the changes to the zone, I found the easiest way to get down there was with pacify/pacification. Pacify will get you down to the city, but past that the mobs sometimes verge on too high and it won't hit. Pacification was good for all, of course.
I brought a 65 cleric and 65 beastlord for muscle and healing. I wish I'd brought a rogue too.
I got to the locked door and it was locked. It wouldn't open. There were 2 other mobs in the room with Polzin, but now that mobs don't open doors when they go through them, it didn't help. The door wouldn't open, couldn't find a key. Sat there for a long time and it never randomly opened. Couldn't sit camp through it either.
Eventually I used /target Polzin to target him through the door. Then tashed him and he came through the door. He is an enchanter and had a pet up. We had to beat down the pet before memory blur would work (even though I was using the AE mem blur). Once blurred, handed in the items and all was well.
If you havent killed much in the hole, you can illusion Earth Elemental and become non-kos to the elementals in there, the golems and fiends will still scowl but not attack, this is tested and true. I've done many CR's in the hole for members who have met untimely deaths. Invis doesnt work but illusion will. After much killing in the hole, illusion no longer works for me ( ~Aaira Lovecraft 53 Chanter Crimson Blade Bristlebane server
Golems and Elems will not be kos in Earth Elem form if you haven't killed much, but FFs will scowl, but not attack. Revenants and rats cannot see through invis. Anything in the Undead Castle with Kirn/Ghosts will attack invis/elem. IU is needed in there to roam freely. Also, Halflings who worship Brell Serilis are amiable. Get a rogue past 5 and you're free.
