Can anyone explain how to get the assian to spwn i looked for ever i killed everything i could to try this cycle i hear of but no clue what the cycle is pleaz help

My friend got this drop few weeks back (date now is 10/29/01), gave it to my rogue, i havent been able to use it yet. (grounded from EQ =/ hehe) so dont know when procs, but it does still drop.

Any idea what lvl it starts to proc, anyone? Seems to me that would be critical info for a DMG 2 weapon.

Has anyone actually seen this guy in FM? I just want to know cause I'm going to be looking for him soon with my 39 Cleric. If anyone has seen him SPAWN anywhere in FM please e-mail me at Wolfy20006674436@aol.com I need the dagger for my Rogue it sounds like kick *** weapon for a Rogue/Ranger. Well thanks for the information above. I'm on the Bertox sever and my name is Werner 35 Cleric at the moment bu I intend to hit 39 very soon =).

This guys rare loot is the Windruned Dagger, 2 dam 20 delay, effect: Careless Lightning, a druid DD that does 99 damage. It is ranger and rogue only, and looks like a big honkin dagger. If you see the assassin holding the dagger in his non-whip hand, you've scored. :)
