When I pulled it nothing assisted - I may have just been lucky and can't verify that this is always the case.
Didn't seem to hit much harder than regular mobs in the zone that I could tell, merc didn't seem to have to work very hard to kep me alive.

I found the mob (Tratcita the Punisher) up at in-game /loc 640, -130, 7 . This is in a circular area a bit west of the zone-line to Underquarry.
