	When you get the quest the NPC tells you where to look for "disturbed earth" (think big molehills). For 80 and up it's Loping Plains and Fields of Scale, for example. Target the hill, right click the shovel, and you dig up some undead monster. Only "a tattooed zombie" will drop the skin.
