Went in with my level 16 SHM/NEC box. Ran into one of these right away with A5 tank/heals (Silver accounts). Healer easily able to keep up with heals. Since it was a single pull, we were able to kill it by meleeing it to death. Took about 20 minutes to kill it.

Dropped "An Unfinished Note". Was roaming out of the WW Goblin Fort when I caught him and killed him. There are 4 listed in item search, but the only one with drop info (and quest info) is from FM. Any clue?
