The two TVX Fabled are in the same spawn position as the originals. They respawn every 3 days, as opposed to 5 for the rest of the named.

As far as difficulty...

Not bad. The front of the palace has a rogue-only door that needs to be picked, but we just had a magician hug it and bolt a mob to get summoned. Afterwards, he just called everyone through.

We did both Thall Va Xakra's with two groups. We had two clerics, and three druids with us. Fights lasted around ten minutes. Each mob is parsed at 4 Million Hp or so.

On a side note, In the last four times we've cleared these - we've had Fabled Boots of Silent Dreams drop EVERY time, off each TVX.
