I am sitting here pondering. What is the difference between starfall symbol and Extended Range IV.
I cannot find any difference whatsoever. Why would they do that? What is the purpose? It just seems like adding more of the same and making it seem like they added soemhting different.
Maybe someone knows something that I do not.

this is a drop from before PoP though, nothing else had focus effects . (or almost nothing ) some names of the focus stuff has changed recently in "normal" ones, but others still don't. but who cares, as long as it works

This bracer drops in Vex Thall off of Thall Va Xakra and can also be found on random zone mobs. I think only the Eom's can drop loot though. Thall Va Xakra is one of the first boss mobs that you encounter if you clear all of VT. He's very weak but has a short duration, short AE radius Silence which is easily avoidable.
Focus Effect is like +15% to spell range.
