At the coterie castle, go up the first circular staircase, on the first landing to the right is a small altar, with three coterie. Renaldok Masric usually pops right in front of the altar, with two coterie standing at the candlesticks to each side. Facing the altar, the PH for Oomgado is the left coterie. PH repop timer is around 18 minutes

i just got this guy for my rogue, took 7 hours of steady camping to get this bugger to spawn, easy kill for a 77 cleric, i also made alot of money off of all the vendor trash that dropped off of all the other mobs i killed outa sheer and utter boredom but the fabled boots are worth the wait...

what is ph's or his loc? or what exactly is his ph? i see where somone killed him in a building or something but none mobs look like the pic on alla of him they are vampires, do i just kill the entire building or what?
I solo'd him with my lvl 80 cleric on 4/4/08. Used DA hammer and HoT, and totally owned him. It took me about 2 hours to spawn him.

i got boots after camping it for 2 hrs i left comp for about 5 mins had him down to about 70% with riptose then killed him easily undead to a pally way to easy lol did it solo as you can tell 13.5k unbuffed
Finally poped for me after five day's stright of nothing but PH's atleast six hours a day.
the lv listed is wrong tho,he /coned lightblue to my 75 mage so not lv70 for sure,id think lv65.
this was on test server & im almost 99% sure nobudy else was campin um so this can be one brutal camp. :-(

Popped for me like 3 times in an hour... light blue to a 75.
I ran over to camp him within' hours of Fableds activating. Was there for all of an hour, got my boots, and booked it.

After 30 Hours at this camp finally got the fable boots, also dropped "Belt of Oomgado", and "Words of Eventide"
killed it with 75 War easily. Hot and panther from 75 shammy and had full health when it died was quick and easy.

Longest straight camp I have ever done. Spent 26 hours consecutvely* killing the 20 minute placeholder. Even put in a petition to ask if it was broke, just before the 26 hour mark. Go figure- 20 min after petition is sent in, Fabled Emissary spawned.
Others on server-wide channel stated putting in 15-ish hours at camp before him spawning also. Longest I have ever spent on the normal Emissary Oomgado was 4-6 hours before spawning. Either the spawnrate was borked for the Fabled version, or the RNG is just outright evil.
Either way, finally got those boots. 0/4 on normal Oomgado. 1/1 on Fabled. Go-go Fabled :)
*edit*- forgot to note, even had time to kill Valdanov Zevfeer during the time spent killing PHs. He was NOT fabled, nor was Heretius Grolden. No Fabled Loyalist Shield of Honor. /cry.

Fellow pally on server hits camp, after I finally get my drop. He gets his boots in an hour, and later gets his Fire Idol in like 30 minutes.

I took out this mob tonight on Nameless with a 75 SK and 75 Shammy with little to no healing needed..this mob is a cake walk for a nice little clicky pair of boots.

mob roughly 80-100khp, high hits 900ish on wiz with 1600 buffed misses alot and summons
