Major pain ...resist check is 1000 so infusion or max stats only help nominally, Charmed all 6 group members at 13% and within a seccond or two was 100% again.

this item is a no trader item if it was lootable we wouldnt have given it away to random lowbie passerby_01 that happened to cross the path.
Dropped on povar first morning of fableds with a group of 75s. makeup of group monk zerk cleric shaman monk and i think a rogue not sure tanked by the better geared monk/zerker charms resisted a few times so check wasnt that high cuz im gimp on resists heh. max hit like 1400ish on a 2.4k ac zerker with no mitigation aas

Mob procs charm so fight unbuffed and dispell charms.

This has been a Fabled trend this year, with higher-than-ever, droppable, non-attuned gear off alot of the Fabled mobs. The reqd 75 makes it worthless as twink gear-- but lower tiered guilds now have stuff for their guildbank, they can pass off to less-geared apps/bots etc.
*or* perhaps very nice Tribute gear :D
