Toegnasher gives the quest "Book for Toegnasher". His location is 620.8, -132.7, 161.7
Toegnasher says "Everyone wants to know something. Bark! What do you want to know, Wood Elf? I want to know something too. If you can help me [find it], I might trade something for the information
The quest then asks you to deliver the first, second, and third "pages of the ancient book to Toegnasher".
So far, I've turned in two "Ancient Parchments" to him: One from hill giants in the Steppes, one from kobolds in Icefall. I've seen many of these Parchments from the mentioned mobs, and I've tried turning them into Toegnasher, but he won't accept them. He seems to take one parchment from the Steppes and Icefall. I'm not sure where the third drops (the first page technically in the quest log). I did some hunting in Sunderrock, and never did see a Parchment drop. My guess is there, or Direwind Cliffs.
Ancient Parchments seem to be an uncommon drop, at worst, in my experience.
