I have seen him spawn in 5-6 different locations so far, seen chaplain and Mage spawn in several also. So he can spawn in place of any drakkin in the camp.
Trying to solo this was a pain due to all the adds and hard splits. Shammys dont have a lot of options when pulling. Got some monk and Ranger help a few times and they even had trouble splitting these groups.
Large agro radius on all the mobs, raoming Sgts and Nameds see invis.
Only effective strat I found to split the groups w/o FD or pacy: pull an add in the named group and run like hell for the zoneline. Root the add just before you zone then pop into sunderrock to clear agro. Zone back in and kill the rooted add. Rinse and Repeat until the named is alone or only has one add, depending on what you can handle.

Does not summon. Assuming you can split it off, feel free to kite/rot/whatever.
Conned yellow to my 70 chanter, Dark blue to my 75 mage. So possible level range can be 71-75
This camp is in the south east black legion camp. The PH's for this mob are any of the Drakkin warriors, Drakkin Mages, and Drakkin Clerics (the only 3 mobs that spawn in a formation). Currently there is a bug here, they are divided into groups of 6, 3 orcs, 3 drakkin, if you kill the 3 Drakkin, upon next respawn 3 Drakkin spawn and 3 orcs aswell (meaning you can get 30 orcs right on top of each other. So if your puller isn't skilled have them just pull all 6, becasue later on it gets much harder and laggier to pull.
South East part of the zone is the Grey Legion. The Black Legion is up by Ashengate behind the golems.

Yes I can confirm that he does indeed spawn in the southeast (Chaplain). Specific placeholders I'm not sure of, though, but seems to be about the same as Shylock.

was doing quest for The Ashengate Seal and found Legionniare Shylock while killing the quest mobs In the south east corner of the zone. I think his ph is all the mobs of his class in that area so semi random. My map has him in same general area but not at the exact same loc i killed him. He spawned for me in the farthest north east group of mobs. Pls let me know if you know where the Chaplain Rourki spawns. Ive not got him on my map but i seen another post that says he also spawns in the south east corner. Can you confirm this ? thanks for any help.

Any information on where this guy spawns in Direwind Cliffs, and what his PH is? Thanks in advance, he's the last guy I need to complete my first Disk for Shield of the Otherworld.
