once you hail him next to lake near the cockatrice infested ruin he will teleport you to the top of the wall. You run one way along wall you will come across him. He will root you and summon a circle of minion of Kotiz skellies around you. you must answer him immediatley with "a decaying soul seeking vengeance" or "I am worthy".
If you do not answer before root wears off his minions will kill you.
Follow me and your path will be covered with the blood of the non-believers!

once you hail it teleports you to the bridge that leads to Spirit of Kotiz and if you hail him , 10 minions of kotiz surround you and you get rooted once root leaves they kill you so meanwhile rooted say to Spirit of Kotiz " i am worthy" to get mission

There are two versions I have seen of this guy in the past week one is yellow to a 66 and he wanders around the cockatrice ruins near the stream and Scowls at a 66 Troll shaman, the other is on the lakeshore near old seb he is red and indiff to same toon. IF you hail the indiff one, he says nothing but ports you to the top of the ruins that run throughout the zone. IF you stay on the wall up there and run (only one way to go) you will find spirit of Kotiz.
