Duoed with my 75 Paladin & 75 Cleric Merc 5-7-09 FV Server. I went into the water and casted paladin agro dot, then backed to the island and let it follow me. Fight took a few minutes. Mob either does not hit very hard or my AC is extreamly high for a 75. Droped 2x Rune.
Duo'd with my 71SK and 80Shm just now - very easy fight but took a couple minutes since he has 170k hps.

When I remember I check to see if mob is up. I usually kill him once a week. I take him down with a 16K buffed warrior and a cleric with a 8K mana pool. He does have a fairly large range when enraged so I try to keep the cleric at max range for complete heals. When fight is done cleric has about 20% mana left. This mob does summon too.
I think at one point he was an 8 hour spawn as I had a freind who tried to catch him every time he popped. He is no longer an 8 hr spawn tho--think this may have changed when they made him stop roaming the zone. I was in zone 9 hours strait after he died with no pop......still pop in off and on to check if he's up...insanely easy way to get 2 runes with 1 group.
Caught mob up. Went down slowly. Think I parsed him at around 160k - 200k hps. Fight took me around 4min 30secs. His max hit on me was 1490ish w/ an average dps on me of about 270ish TOPS. I've been camping "A forgotten Guardian" and "Slave Regert" (max hit 1990ish?) and they've been max hitting me much harder then this guy. Only dropped 2 greater runes and some vendor candy. Easily pulled up on dry land were the rest of the group was located. Haven't seen him up much so I'll assume he's on a 24+ hour spawn timer. Monk tanked him w/ 12384hps buffed, 2028AC & 425AAs all defensive AAs thru PoP +11% shielding. Hope I find him up again as I still need more 69 spells for my hydra team!
5ppl 2 rangers chanter beastlord and cleric, he hits about 1550 and it isn't steady dps from him, so sometimes tank goes down fast, other times you wait for him to loose hp.
Killed him last night with a family group. Necro cleric cleric warrior enchanter wizard all level 70 and over 200 aa's each. He was fairly easy to tank with my time geared 13k warrior but I had 2 healers. He also dropped a serpent scale of some kind. No idea what it might be for. Summons and rampages.
Bristlebane server .. 5 toons (66 rgr, 67 clr, 68 sham, 70 war, 70 mnk), less than 4 minute fight and [/Blue] definately rampages[/Blue].. highest hit about 1550.
Took like 20 kills, to see 1 glowing. Glowing runes are so rare off the mobs in this zone. Seen at least 50 Greater runes rot so far from hunting here.
For anyone curious after a week of killing him each time he spawned our little group of 5 on bertox farmed all our spells off gloom he's up anywhere between 30-31 hours after you kill him, he'll almost always drop 69's with 70 runes being super rare hope this helps people out :)
Mob does rampage, killed with 3 ppl and was about 4 mins fight and rampaged cleric like 7 times. Only dropped 2 greater runes so my guess is he only drops them seeing this is my 2nd time and only have gotten runes.

Is underwater, wanders from one end of zone to other.
Oh, he also does NOT rampage and as far as I could tell he had no AEs. That made him rather trivial and a good beasty to farm to finish off some spell lines for friends.
