I have gone to try to camp this guy twice in the last week and his PH (right stone dude when facing the ent to the garden hall) has not been up? I have camped him for over an hour both times and the his spot doesn't even spawn a ph mob let alone him. Its like they removed him and his ph mob from the zone. Very frustrating. Any1 else having the same problem? Has his location been changed? Please help, I would really like to get his wrist and neck items for my cleric. Thanks.
"Torque of Wavering Mind" does not drop off this mob.
It drops from Hidetada.
Also, after each patch some named in the zone won't spawn. Its a random bug for static zones in DoN. So if you are having trouble finding place holders, they might not be back until the next patch.

Camped him today for six hours. Hidetora spawned once at loc. neg 444 pos 1791. He spawned on the right side of the doorway facing west. There were sentinel mobs on either side of the doorway but he spawned on the right side. Dropped the neck piece only.
Have camped him once before for 6 hours but he never spawned that time. Seems to be a very rare spawn.

OH yeah, he was lvl 68 not 67 was white to our 68 rogue and yellow to my 67 warrior.
Since DoD his PH has not been up. There has been a statue on the west side of entrance instead of east. In 4+ hours Hidetora never spawned. Some of the other mobs in this part of zone were placed differently as well, including a drake and a fierce puma on the west end of the zone where previously there had been no mobs there.

thanks for the info, will work on getting him to pop. 8)
Hope you get him to spawn. So far we have left like 10 Cleric necks rot and equipped every plate alt we have and some friends with the wrist band. Still spawns on the right side of the passage way into the Creator spawn area so no change there.

There is NO right pop at the doors facing the garden...The PH is the Left mob. Got him to pop today
Hmm thats weird.. Each time I have gone to camp it has always been the right side of the door as there is no left side spawn of any mob. In the Creator Instance it is a left side spawn but not to my knowledge of the named?

Mob's PH and the named popped today for the short time we were there today, 20th August. Named dropped the Cleric neck piece.

Where is Hidetora found in Thundercrest?

West side of zone. If you are familiar with "The Creator" shared task, it's near the zone in for that instanced zone. Statue at the entrance to the hallway that leads to the garden. Don't know how better to explain it.
Hidetora is a non caster, lvl 68, hits for mid-800s top end, doesn't enrage or flurry. Does summon.
not a rare spawn, have had 3 or 4 pop in a row. I think I'm about 1 bracer in 12 kills, but that could just be the RNG messing with me (my cleric now has both the bracer and the neckring so I stopped paying much attention to how many times I've killed him)

Also drops a plate bracer with Mana pres V on it
