Does anyone know if Fabled Neh'Ashiir drops the torch for the Mage Epic? If not, is there a way to get the non fabled version to spawn? I've spawned him about 8 times now and all fabled without the torch. Thanks for the help

I'm pretty sure fabled should drop the original mob's loot.
My 60 beastlord and healer mercenary killed him. Saw hits of up to 656, enraged at the end. But he spent most of his time trying to get spells to land on me, but with ~250 resists, nothing stuck. Dropped fabled shield, key, magician epic torch.
Notes: Drops: Key of Torsis, Sunshard Pebble, Woodsman's Staff, Fabled Dread Shield of the Slayer Spawns in the floating tower beyond the locked doors(only rogues can open these 2 doors with lockpick) Non aggro to those with true spirit faction. Will most likely spawn epic version if handed "Engraved ring" (Can't confirm this but is highly likely because of the turn in below.)
I killed the fabled version to see if she drops the key, as noted, she does. I used the key to go up the elevator and killed the final 4 black reavers. The Fabled Lord Rak' Ashiir spawn and I took a chance and turned in the "child's Tear" for the shaman epic. Lord Rak' Ashiir spawned and started attacking me and I proceeded to kick his sorry butt. He dropped the shaman epic piece, "Iksar Scale" and we had 1 happy shaman. BTW, I was a Wood Elf Ranger with MAX ally faction with "true spirit" so I can COMFIRM that wood elf rangers and not just shaman and SK's can do the turn in.
Also got a dwarf cleric and gnome enchanter with a child's tear, will edit this later if he can do the turn in after I get him to max ally status with true spirit.
