on the fire side of the zone you go up the stairs take the second right. You will come to a big room with a lot of Pyrilen mobs and one Aneuk mob which should be the closest. the PH is the Aneuk mob and so is not on the Riftseekers faction so you can pull single.

This mob is up stairs one level in the fire part of the zone.
Anyone want to be a little more specific than narrowing it to half the zone?
