Just had a bunch of these drop in Riftseekers... Excellent Exp (both regular and AA) at lvl 70 +. Riftseekers is deff. the place to go if you have a good group :) GL!

the list on this messageboard is out of date and does not list all the spells recieved for rangers, i know this for a fact (not sure about other classes).

Getting tired of this game. Why is it you can only get these off named which require groups? SoE has really screwed the pooch on development. Bring back spells dropping on normal mobs.
Not exactly, I know an exceptional few of good kiters that can take down the Noble's Causeway and Wall of Slaughter nameds that drop these... I also know someone that could probably solo the Muramite Proving Ground easier nameds, but cannot confirm this, so good luck!
I can solo (toe to toe) a couple of the mpg named.

Okay so I was 2-boxing in a group and looted the freakin rune on a toon that had all his spells aready (pfft). Is there anything else I can do with this rune? Any other dude I can turn them in to for anything?

Get a group in the riftseeker camp.
Make sure whomever is pulling, also goes down and pulls the 2 Familiar Venomtail ph's.
They always seem to drop greater runes.
There are 2 ph's for the same named.
From RS camp, its down the steps (the way you came up to the room), and take a left. There are 2 static chimera ph's, one on each side. They can be pulled single, the mob in middle won't assist.

Is there a good place to solo these I am a 70 Druid that needs all his 69 and 70 spells and need a little help in this.

Ok i have done 40 aa's in RS and have yet to see ANY runes drop there. This is not counting my time that I have gone there just to help out a freid outside of grp when I m lfg. So can anyone tell me where i should be lookn to get Greater and Glowing runes please. Thanks

Today in RSS I saw about 8 of these drop (and I won 3 of them). We were at the 70s camp, or "statue" I think other servers call it. But then again I was in the group for 15 hours so I'm sure that plays a role in this.

Yeah, they only drop off named mobs in RSS.

I've seen them drop off several of the 1 group named in riftseekers. Specifically, the mob who drops the celestial lorica drops them, as does the one that drops the 70 mana augs.

I bought a Muramite rune for 30k the other day and re-sold it for 50k at the bazaar. Naturally I would like to duplicate this by finding them myself. Any idea if they can be solo'd at all?
These runes are infact NO DROP as the picture states. Just a lil info for ya Symbiott.

I've been told these are droppable, but they are listed here as NO DROP. Anyone seen one in person that can settle the matter?
No Drop everywhere but FV, as per usual.
All Spell classes turn the runes in to Karsor the Mad. Not sure on Mele classes.
I turned one in last night (67 Warrior) and got my tome.

Also drops off other named mobs. I got mine from Ukun Tendonslicer last night. I turned it into Karsor the mad for my Lvl 69 Sk pet buff spell Rune of decay.

These are used to make the 69/70 spells. Cleric in my guild turned one in last night and got Yaulp 7

These are actually just for the 69 spells. The Glowing Muramite Runes are for the 70 spells.
