It also drops a Polished Noc Tusk....im not sure what this is for all I know is that its stackable.

Also drops a "Damaged Muramite Battle Blade"...as do seemingly most mobs in Dranik's.
Many of these were dark blue at 45, so they can go lower than the level range listed.
