Everyone keeps talking about price. What about how to use it? Its used for port spells. How do you get the spell?
Rolled Discordant Parchment sells to vendor Sateal Deirosap in the bazaar for 0 plat 0 gold 2 silver 4 copper offered by a level 2 human monk with 143 cha.... Current bazaar prices range from 3 gold to 150 plat....
Hunted a whole stack of these in Dranik Scar by the instance caves...off the noc and noc havocblades there.... should help bring the price down if we all know where to get them easily... was hunting there for experience and faction for the Omens armor quests... We were working on Dranik Loyalist faction at the time.... level 43 enchantress, level 46 cleric, level 47 mage and level 51 shadow knight...
