So as I've been running around aimlessly trying to use the locs from here, I have found that none are correct, and most aren't even close. The closest loc is the one on the Wizard 1.5 epic quest page. BUT the true loc that I have found him at is as follows = +2183.04, -1043.83, +233.33... He is slighty North West of the Shadowmen camp North of the Temple of Solusek Ro zone, and South East of the Lavaspinner's Lair. He is very close to the edge of the map, and is in a ridge on the mountains.

this guy can be found at pos 2173 neg 1044 he's up high on a mnt top near the lava that comes out of the mountain like a river. So get lev & go high so you can see it East part of the zone about mid way or so.

This guy is related to Wiz Epic 1.5/2.0. Hail for details with epic in hand seems to be best
