In Permafrost (regular zone): PH is a "giant wooly spider" at /waypoint 953, 21, -80. It flurries, summons, and fights to the death (doesn't flee at low health).
In Permafrost (Level 90 revamp): Known to spawn right outside the door to Lady Vox's lair.
Respawn time is around 1 hour real time.
Spawns on progression servers when Lost Dungeons of Norrath unlocks.

Cons yellow to a 52, but is DISGUSTINGLY OVERPOWERED for that level...hits for 512, flurries, quads, has more HP's then Vox, and procs a 400 DD nuke to boot. What kind of BS is this
.....AND the nuke I shall also add is AoE, and this mob spin stuns also. Okay, I understand they have to keep certain aspects of this game 'challenging', but this is getting a bit F*cking ridiculous. **** like this belongs in SoD zones maybe, but not Permafrost.

this NPC does not regen normally. my monk (lev 77, 13k hps, 2.5k ac) ran into it while farming permafrost crystals for epic 1.5 and was losing the fight, had to FD -- and noticed that its hps did not go into turbo regen as per usual. so I ran a little ways away, out of aggro range, and st until full hps / endurance -- then simply ran in, hit clawstrikers, and FD'd again. did this until mob was dead, never dropped under 98% hps for the rest of the "fight".

im runnin around lookin for giants for the block of permafrost when i fall down a hole, so i go lookin round to find my way back up, when i see this green con to me, 71 bst ( ihad teme on me so i was at 11k hp and around 1540 ac, with 385aa, other buffs were self on me and pet. i cast slow and run in to start beating on him, i look at my health down to 70% and he is still around99%, so i use a heal pot, gets back up, as im doin this i use a couple dots, and frost strike, and cast a few heals on my self, continue beating on him get him down to around 80% and im at 40%, so i use paragon to get some health back and let the pet tank him, while i cast a couple heals on my self, go back in with pet down to about 10%, and get chilly down to 50 before i could use another heal pot, i start thinking things may go my way, till he enrages, and takes my 30% health...got him down to 2% when i died, fun fight, i think hes a little tough to be conning green to 71.
killed it last night and the quest item didn't drop just the permafrost crystals.

What the Hell!!
Was searching the area with no map, got lost and fell thru, 74-Pally caught off gaurd...No buffs...and I mean NO-BUFFS...next thing I knew down to 40% HP???
Spun me around like a frigg'in turkey--->LoH...bam back down to 60%!!!...bled me out of mana (8k+)!!!
Con'd Green to me, sucked 10k hp & 9 casts of cleansing (900hp a tic)
yah dumb all the way around!! ( I mean me, of course)

Took a 70 Warrior and 64 Cleric. Warrior just went in swinging while cleric held back and just dropped HoT's and 1 complete heal. Quite easy to drop him now. They might have nurfed him. He dropped the Jagged Permafrost Shard as expected. Warrior epic 1.0 continues ...

Still no shards. This guy or his PH'er is on a spawn time of greater then 40 minutes. I know this cause furious discipline is on a 40 minute timer. He'll respawn after it pop's

Just solo'd him with 75 Wizard. No shards, just permafrost crystals. ):
What is the spawn timer of this one? or you just kill all terrors on sight until it pops?
Found it, at the bottom of the pits on the way to VOX, you will find a female human thats is a named.
The first spider to her left is the place holder, a spider, kill, kill until this pops.

Just killed him about 5 minutes ago for the quest for my brothers alt warrior. He brought his war instead of his main, I figured we'd be fine with my main tanking. (70 Paladin, 14khp,2.5kac, 400 aa) Warrior used truncheon of doom to slow him, but when he finally got it to land it wore off immediately. Healed myself with HoT's the entire time and an occasional heal when I got to 50% or so, but towards the end I got LoM and down to 20% hp. At the end of the fight I was at 24% mana. Used infusion of the faithful, all resists capped at 561, resisted him most of the time, but he pulled off his spinning ae a few times. Good luck all.

Was looking for this mob to make my glue, wandered around for a while killing everything in sight. He conned green to me at 71, I wasn't fully healed up from previous fighting, and my buffs were worn off. I normally freshen up everything and sometimes activate thr Tribute for some added ooomph before a big fight, but this is a green mob, right? The next thing I know I'm down to 50% health and my potion wasn't bring me back up. Max hit was 404 with 2550 AC, 12.5k, 95 AAs. Terror was at 35% and the last thing I saw scroll was "Your wounds begin to heal." *Returning to bind location.* May need a full raid buff to duo this guy. Sure surprised me.

Well its spawns about every 30 minutes , or the pher (giant woolly spider), kill with 70 war /cleric 350 mr resisted some but not all of the aes, with lower lvl toons ya may try just sending in the tank with a heal chain and range fight it, took about 5 minutes unslowed, my hot is 1100 every 6 seconds so the aes where not a factor, but hes a sob at lower lvls

anyone know if this mob is still spawning heh? i know they screwed up the zone not too long ago and removed the giants and put in the drakes, they had to put the giants back because they forgot to re add Block of Permafrost to the loot table.

I just 2 boxed him with a 70 shaman and a 70 warrior. He procs/casts ethereal stun. It doesn't tell you that is lowers the amount heal over time spells heal you. It also makes you spin around. Instead of my heal going for 630 a tic, it would be 190 a tic while this spell was active. I had to use 1 full mana pot and 1 full heal pot so it wasn't even close to easy. Anyway, got the shard so wooo!

Killed this today. Solo. Had a 70 druid for heals. took about 7 mins. No go on the shard. Lv 70 warrior with lv 65 gear. lol. Need relible spawn timer please. Need for Glue Powder.

Nothing like getting killed by a light blue con mob that hits for 500 in an original EQ...
Any clue what faction this guy's on? Conned Ally to my main, 70 High Elf Paladin, but threatening to my friend's 58 Vah Shir Beastlord

took this guy on today figured at worse even if i couldnt snare or root i got into trouble with 6k hps i could get away quick enough boy was i wrong fired 1 arrow for 488 pts dmg apox 10 seconds L8er i was dead hit for either 480 or 520 each time and never missed

this mobs loc is 953, 21. thi is close to the ice witch.
Mob is way under con, killed with 7, group was 66 pally, warrior, shaman, necro, cleric, 65 ranger, adn 58 wizard. The AoE is the killer, cleric could not keep up group heals and tank heals, the pally fell with mob at 5%, and the tank killed the mob with mighty strike Wizard, was OOM nuking, necor was OOM pumping cleric, adn shaman went OOM spam healing tank

way under con is right I sicked my 66 air pet on this guy and at first everything was ok but this mob cast an effect Whirlwind" on my pet and I resisted deathly facade but through my chain healing my pet and using LOH on him he still managed to get my pet to enrage, which is my cue to gate. I didn't have my log going at the time but for him to chew my pet up faster than I can heal he has to be hitting in the 400 to 500 range. seemed to have way more than the old world cap of 32k hp to. conned light blue to 70 mage. Ohh and he doesn't see invis. spawns in a room near vox pretty close to another light blue mob called the ice witch.

Mob has the max hps for old world, about 32k. Killed with wizard using mana blaze, left him with a fraction of hps left. Since regen is so low, you can just exodus, harvest, and come back, or whatever you like to finish him off.
One other point, the spawn point is not that near the Ice Witch and the ladder, I was killing the wrong mob for a few spawns until I double checked. It is actually the static mob in the corner 3rd mob away from Ice Witch, there are 2 mobs closer to her than this one. The loc here is correct, 953, 21.

You are close with that damage... Hit me for 520. Also, Facade DoT seemed to be hitting me for 500 a tic, not 300.
I thought I was gonna be a big bad chanter and solo him. Pet had Conviction and toys, as well as SoS and NDT. Pet lasted all of a few seconds, as the DoT killed it right under my runes. I didn't last much longer. Even fully slowed the Terror still laid down an impressive amount of damage.
Edit: On closer inspection, they are loafers! And the 500 spell damage I saw was not the DoT, but the DD hit at the beginning of the DoT.

I was wandering around, killing Ice Giants, when I took a wrong turn and fell down one of the hidden pits. I saw this guy and thought I was gonna die a horrible death until I conned him. To my surprise, I was ally to him. Might be that had Feral Form up...
