I spent this evening camping these guys for the Foreman spawn for the ghostly bridle. This is what I've learned.

I've timed their spawns a couple times, there appears to be roughly 18-20 minutes between each round of spawns for 'a skeletal excavator'.

There are four static spawns for this mob, and all four can be up at the same time. When entering Befallen, there are two straight ahead in a collapsed looking tunnel, one on either side of the rock. The other two are to the right, down the stairs, flanking the 'window' of rock with three skulls inside.

These have less than 250 HP, because a well-placed "Fury of Air" can take them down with one hit. Am going to experiment with a couple other, lower damage spells, and attempt to get a more solid fix on their HP amount. Will edit the post when I do.

As of present I've slaughtered three rounds of the four spawns (for a total of 12 kills). No Foreman yet.
