4 days of camping and savant finally spawns in the middle camp... what a pain ! if your going to do vt key.. do this camp first.. all the rest u can get in hours!
Patch repops the whole zone. So your chances of having the named up after a patch are the same as if you cleared the whole zone and let it respawn... hypothetically lets say there's 100 goranga spawns and a 1/200 chance of a named on any given spawn... then on average a name will be up after every other patch...

i think its probably random whats up after a patch. after yesterdays patch the shaman was up
I got this shard in only a few minutes. Savant was up after patch. That simple. If you know a patch is coming up just camp in ME.
