No thats what the model looks like. untill Plane of time, her model was NEVER seen anywhere else in the entire game except in ToFS.
Whether or not you have luclin graphics and such on won't affect how a unique character model will look.

Nope, that's how she's going to look, regardless. I'm a DE and so have DE Luclin grpahics ALWAYS on, and she looks like she does in ToFS
