Interestingly, Bab's AoE Poisoned Flames has a 5 second cast time during which it can be interrupted by significant push. When doing this fight with a small crew that doesn't have curers readily available, you can make up for that by having everyone go as push heavy as possible.

this one is lvl 75
I probably have the name wrong.. I'm a Druid myself.. though Pure Blood will remove it, the Shammy version, "Blood of Nadrox", is group casting. That or a decent Group Cure AA ability will keep a group in the clear of this DoT.
