Common drop in Plane of Fire off trash mobs from what I have seen. Gotten almost 100 in a few hours of soloing.
true drops every where even in LDoN's and lower level areas occasionally.... vendor (Sateal Deirosap in the bazaar) offers 1 plat 7 gold 1 silver 4 copper to level 2 monk with 143 Cha and gloomingdeep faction..I generally sell on trader for 3 or 5 plat...

Also found commonly as loot on Wurms in BW
This drops so commonly in plane of fire at tables or in sol ro off anything. like every other kill 2 or so drop it seems
The one I looted in SolRo Was red not white like in the pic above /shrug

The one you looted in Sol Ro was not the above item. What you looted was also no-drop and lore and called a Firey Power Source.

Yep, lower guk (undead) is the place to go for phosphorous power farming. They drop like candy. Average is about 1 every kill I'd say. The mobs range from 30 to 46 i think.
