Killed him twice today at two different spawn points along the north wall of the mines. So, I don't think it's a static point anymore.
It spawns in the north tunnels of the zone.

just verified Aleuran's location and it is correct. We got the lance.
The loc is p686.14 n78.33.
We did it easily with a 57 necro, 52 cleric and 62 mage.

I've had Foreman pop at several different spawn locations, all static quarriers, no wandering ones.

I have had him spawn about 4 times for me I have gotten 3 BP and one Bloodtusk lance. Where I found him:
1. Enter Nadox from Gunthak swim through lava go up right side to bridge.
2. Look away from the bridge toward the fire pit go to the first cave on the left.
3. Go to first intersection 4 way, to your left is a circular room with 2 pigs in it to your right is a hallway with 1 static spawn.
4. Go down the right hallway at intersection kill static spawn that is the ph I have been using.
5. About a 23 min spawn I normally kill the 2 pigs in the circlar room and pull everything into there. Pathing is a little weird so there are a few spots that will take them longer to get to you then others so you can park adds with ease.

I have looked all over for this guy. Some of you say he is in the mines. Would that be the same mines with the pigs and miners running around in em? I have camped that area for countless hours and days and havent seen him. Is there another tunnel that leads to a seperate mining area?
He spawned for me in the farthest north west tunnel. It's about due north of the bridge over the lava. There are 2 Shrine Bruisers in the same dead-end tunnel.
*note - these Bruisers are supposed to be the ones who drop the Miniature Brass Scale charm.

Duo'd him tonight with 57 monk and 56 shammy. He was white to monk.
This guy seems to randomly spawn in the mine subsection of Nadox. Enrages. Have killed him twice but no Lance yet, only 2 bp's.
Plese tell me you are not crying that you got 2 BP's to drop and no Lance =p
Actually, this foreman is totally unrelated to the "ring event" in the cathedral. I think you might be confusing this guy with Karsonizzak Bloodblade which may have a link with spawning the event (even though his death in itself won't spawn the event). Everytime I have killed this guy, he was in the mines. Regular mobs in the back of the mines are his PH.

Whats this Ring event? Anyone have a break down on how it goes?
I have cleared the temple a few times never seen the foreman or seen any kind of an event happen in there.

Killing the foreman will trigger the start of the ring event in the cathedral near the TOrgiran Mines Zone. Done it twice now
