Didn't see it listed or perhaps just implied, but one of these dropped a spectral for me while i was kiting other day, was a nice bonus.
I'm level 62 and the one I'm staring at is blue, so level range needs adjusting :)

These spawn at the doorway to HoHo. Alternate with Guardians of Marr and Protectors. For a necro these are easy meat, very easy to solo for 65 necros. Dark them and dot and send in the pet and hate kite them til they drop around the GY. Reapply dark when HP's hit 50% so they never get a chance to break.If you have DC go inside and charm a Valiant Squire. They hit for 149 max and you can drop the guards in about 2 mins each. I try to equip them with a defenders lightblade and fine steel sword. You can get those weps back if you kill your DC pet before you log and loot them.I use FP/BoT/Splurt/Dark Plague/Saryrn's Kiss. I have gotten over 100 AA's in last 40 days or so and only seen the Valorian Insignia drop once. Have killed hundreds, maybe thousands of them. BTW they are on about a 21 minute 30 sec timer. You can time the door pops so you don't get any unwelcome adds as you pull inside guardians back out to the GY.

They might be able to be stunned(with an appropriate level stun) but am unsure.
Slowable(mitigates my 70% slow a little).

They don't summon.

May also drop the Valorian Insignia, but I haven't seen it.

it looks like as they a randomspawn.... i soloed in HoH and killed Guardian of Marr and after the 2nd spawn on of the Animated Guardian came up...
