This is the guy who sells fishing grubs... They can be combined with a flask of water to get your brewing up to 122. makes something called Fetid Essense... Not sure what it is for...

This guy and Ammie Pitt, just around corner, are great for prices when selling up. And there is a bank here too, known as Pitt Bank, as the Gnome also has Pitt as a surname.
