You need amiable faction with him in order to do the turn-in of the Diaku parts. It takes awhile killing Bastion of Thunder giants, but it goes quickly the more named you kill in both Storms and the Bastion.
"When you are lucky enough to get all four peices. Make sure everyone in your group does the quest dialogue. I personally witnessed a group lose thier pieces by not doing this."
This is not simply not true. You don't need to do the dialogue as everyone in the group does not have to be on the same faction. *Only* the people doing the turn-in have to on amiable faction or higher. I have personally helped flag three groups of people and can attest to this. The group the other poster described really lost the pieces because the person turning them in did not have the right faction. Everyone else's faction doesn't matter.
Another tidbit: Karana worshippers seem to start out amiably and can do the quest without faction work, at least it seemed this way to our paladin and druid who worship Karana. Everyone else I talked to started out indifferently. Our agnostic enchanter was able to raise her faction with a spell and our non-karana worshipping mage was able to turn his in by using a charge of Alliance from an Ornate Velium Pendant.
This has been my experience:) Hope it helps some people out.

When you are lucky enough to get all four peices. Make sure everyone in your group does the quest dialogue. I personally witnessed a group lose thier pieces by not doing this. After last piece was turned in , and no one in group got the flag they tried to hail Wembley. 4 of them started the quest and 2 of them could not. Wembley told them they needed to prove their dedication to the cause. So NO ONE got PoTac flag and the pieces were NOT returned to them. nnelg slled Overlord Proud member of House Archon, torvo
The diaku raiders (the guys you need for this quest) pop just north of the desert giant camp. Their placeholders are the rock storm guys. There are 4 classes (rogue, warrior, shaman, and shadowknight). Rogue, warrior, and shaman will all look like chain armored ogres, the shadowknight is the only one who is in plate armor. Drop rate of the emblems is very frustrating (about 1 in 7), they often drop ethereals also. There are 4 spawnpoints for these guys within the area north of the giant camp, all are within sight of each other. Hope that helps.
lookin to do this quest but they are not in the beastiary for the zone and really no other information on them. By looking at infor for Drunder, they must be a Orge-class looking mob but not sure where they might spawn.
Any ideas? Samaddar Maylak 62 Crusader - Mithaniel Marr
You say, 'Hail, Wembly the Forlorn' Wembly the Forlorn grumbles under his breath, 'Yes, yes, I see you there. No need for you to shout I can see you just fine! Now, what was I saying? Yes that's right... let me know when you are [done]. You say, 'I am done' Wembly the Forlorn says 'Yes done! Weren't you paying attention? Once you've gathered all the pieces of the [key] bring it to me and I'll put them back together for you.' You say, 'what key' Wembly the Forlorn says 'THE Key, you really are as thick skulled as you look. You [agree to help] me and you aren't even paying attention.' You say, 'I will agree to help' Wembly the Forlorn says 'You agree to help? Great! I haven't even told you what I needed yet, or why. It is very noble of you to offer me your assistance. I've been trapped here for a little too long, I washed up on the shore still [tied to the mast] of my ship. Wonder that I even survived the storm.' You say, 'why tied to the mast' Wembly the Forlorn says 'The Diaku Raiders, filthy sort if you ask me. I was out on a shipping run, when Diaku attacked, they pillaged all of my goods, then tied me to the mast and left me floating a sea. Then the storm came and ate my ship, and I woke up here, I swear that I saw some [Diaku] washed up on the shore with me.' You say, 'what diaku' Wembly the Forlorn says 'The Diaku that attacked me! Pay attention for Karana's sake! You appear to be the fighting sort. You can help me kill the Diaku at their source in [Drunder].' You say, 'what drunder' Wembly the Forlorn says 'Drunder! The Fortress of Zek, the Zeks don't trust any one mortal to have free access to the fortress. The Diaku come and go in fours, and four parts are needed for entry. Of course they won't part with them easily. If you find four, and bring me four, I can make the four into one, and with one, you can get into Drunder without three more. Then, with your one, you can kill all of them. I would do it myself, but with my bad knee and all. . .'
