I don't know if I'm the first one to find this or not, but when I killed him he had a Sword of Ruin. I thought it was a quest piece like everything else a named thing drops in this zone, but I can't find anything about it. It is 1HS, 7DMG, 27DLY, +25HPS, all warrior classes

This dude also drops something called Ring of Possession. +2 INT and some saves I think it was.
