Essence of the StormWell I wasnt sure when you aggroed her if the Noble would assist.. He did and so did the blade storms of course, our chanter had problems mezzing the blade storms. So best way to do this is to have 2 or 3 good tanks and tank mezz the blade storms and mezz the Storm Mistress and fight her last.

If you attack the noble, she will assist. She's not too hard, easier than the noble, I think. Dropped an "Essence of the Storm", NO DROP, no stats, mag, enc, wiz, Karana diety only. Purpose -- unknown. Checking quests in Jaggedpine so far reveals nothing.

She might be slightly higher, I thought she considered as yellow at 56th. She wasn't KOS to anyone in a wide range of class/race, and has a miniture pet like herself(you can see the start of its name in the lower right side of the pic).
Spawns in the Windmill on the island with Gwan, Bladestorms and Noble Dojorn. She did not assist Gwan when we killed him. However I don't know if she will assist or be assisted by the Bladestorms and Noble Dojorn. If you decide to try her, be prepared in case.
